Quality Management

Multidimensional Analysis & measurement, Challenge to Satisfy the Customers’ Needs.

• 1. FATIGUE TESTER

Test the “Fatigue Strength” of each bolt to obtain fundamental data which is crucial to layout the durability design.

• 2. STEREO-MICROSCOPE

Check the thread crest of a bolt with precise view by magnifying the surface image. This process enables more detailed examination on “thread Lap” on the flank surface of thread and “Fiber flow”.

• 3. TORQUE TENSION TESTER

Examination the “axial tension” and “torque” applied to a bolt while it is tightened under several different conditions such as plating type, bolt type and washer type. This test provides the friction factor for overall usage and for the thread portion.

• 4. PRO JECTER

Measure the bolt shape and/or dimensions by magnifying it.

• 5. DIGITAL CONFIGURATION TESTER

Measure the “Head Shape” of bolt, “Thread Configuration” and “Bearing Angle” to confirm whether it meets the specification requirement.

• 6. MULTI-PURPOSE MATERIAL TEST MACHINE

This machine is for the test of the mechanical properties of materials and/or bolts. In our plant, it is mainy used to obtain “Tensile Strength”, “Yield Point”, “Elongation: and “Reduction” of our products.

• 7. THICKNESS MEASURE INSTRUMENT

This instrument is used to measure the plating thickness of plated parts, analyze the alloy components, and measure the ion-concentration. In our plant, it is mainly used to measure the plating thickness.
